Seeking more flexibility in pricing and services, in November 2010 founder Anthony Cavalea resolved to create his own company to better serve his clients in difficult economic times. That company was named Able Realty.

In January 2011, Able Realty opened and has been providing the high quality expertise it's customers have come to expect. Able Realty also worked in the distressed property market listing bank owned (REO) properties and short sales. The Real Estate market is ever-evolving, and so is Able Realty.
